Really good build quality and the pairing process was a breeze. You don’t really need that Type-C cable unless you’re on a non-Bluetooth device, but it’s a nice long cable. Love the ergonomics, buttons are very clicky, perhaps too clicky, especially the D-pad. Kinda noisy, but no complaints. But, they should have thrown in a pair of AA batteries in the box I think, I mean this is not cheap by any means. I couldn’t use it right away because there were no batteries. But overall, very nice!
The box was all crampled from corners. One would think that its due to shipping service and not product itself, but as i opened the box, the tape on the controller was re-did. I would have still accepted it as many people already reviewed and complained about 'Gamepass already being used.' Personally it was okay as I just wanted controller to be working all good. But As i opened the box to see the controller, it was all dusty. It had dust on it, and it was like as if the controller was out in the open for weeks before delivery. Didn't liked it a bit but , still, it was okay as i cleaned it and just wanted it to work good. I charged it for a while, connected with my pc and Keys were all stuffy. I don't know how to be clear on it. Specifically, Right right button , didn't worked. Like it couldn't even be pressed. It was struck and not functioning at all. Now, From what i know , xbox controllers are very good but this specific seller, is doing the mess and taking other's gamepass. What i mean to say is, buy it but from somewhere else or do it after considering all the other reviews as well. Thank you.

I am a casual gamer and this controller has been working flawlessly for me for the past 7+ months. Works well with bluetooth connection on my PC and Android phone. Wired mode also works great. Has type C wired cable. Audio passthrough through headphone jack also works great. Since this is official XBox controller, you can install XBox companion app directly from Microsoft to get latest firmware updates. Updates install with no issues. As for buttons and triggers, I really liked the triggers and LB/RB buttons. Very good feel to them.
Literally the best one out there be it Stick accuracy, build quality, latency and grip. If you are comfortable with claw (for FPS games) like a real gamer should be you should blindly go for this instead of the Pro version which I think is not value for money with almost triple the price. There is no stick drift issues or reliability issues after extensive 1 year use. Bluetooth connection is although flawless but go for the Xbox wireless adapter for lesser latency and more stable connection (you won't need wires then!).
Okay. Let's address the authenticity of the product. For those who are worried that you might have bought a fake one, don't fret. The product is a genuine Xbox controller (Assuming you did your obvious checks). Register on Microsoft's site and look for warranty status. If expired, use their helpline to get your warranty status updated. The officials ask for proof of purchase but they take a lot of time (Took a week for me). And the code being used, say that to the officials. They'll provide suggestions. When I did, they said they'll give an alternate code in the email but they didn't and I didn't bother to ask again. About the product, let's compare it with Powera controller which I have (It's a wired one not wireless). Both are good. Buttons are clicky, both are lightweight. Plastic quality is good on both. But the rumble ie haptic vibration is very light and did not feel like it did anything in Xbox (So far I've used it). If that's something that worries you, then I suggest buying Powera. And on Powera, the plastic arm-like thing that contacts the RB button broke due to usage for like 6 months. So, I can't use the RB button now and I'm in need of a spare RB button. This bothers me in Powera. The plastic quality should extend well to tiny parts. I don't know how Xbox will hold. Will update after months of use. I didn't test the bluetooth range and suggest you check that well. Overall both are same. There isnt much difference except for few minor ones which I believe are subject to personal preference. And 3 months warranty is very less. Edit : Writing again after six months of extensive use. Go for it. No damage so far. Still looking and functioning as brand new. And I still havent found replacement buttons for powera. Please let me know if you know where to get replacement buttons.
